Core Law
Florida brokers and salespersons are required to take Core Law for a minimum of 3 hours of their 14 hour continuing education requirements in order to renew their license. A licensee who takes the 3-hour Core Law course in each year of the renewal period shall be allowed a total of 6 hours toward the 14-hour requirement. Here is a list of qualifying courses:
