2008 Education Calendar

The Education Calendar contains CE, GRI and other education events sponsored by local boards.

Registration for courses marked with an asterisk (*) will be at the local Board. Please contact the sponsoring board directly to register.

Realtor® Institute courses 1, 2, 3 are approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) for post-licensing and continuing education credit. 

All students attending a Realtor® Institute course must meet the attendance requirement as specified by Chapter 475 for post-licensing and continuing education credit.  Also for post-licensing credit, a passing grade of 75% or higher is required on the final exam.  The student is responsible for meeting these requirements.

All students attending a Realtor® Institute course to obtain the Graduate Realtor® Institute designation must meet the same attendance requirement as specified by Chapter 475 for post-licensing and continuing education credit.  A passing grade of 75% or higher is required on the final exam.  To obtain a GRI designation, all three courses need to be successfully completed within a five-year period.
