iCE Course Highlights

Florida Realtors iCE programs are courses offered for CE credit through live simulcast virtual campus technology. It's convenient - you take the course at your local association. It's cooperative - you share the experience with other members from your local association.  It's collaborative - you participate in a session with other local associations, and network with Realtor members from across the state.

This course has 14 training modules designed to enhance business skills. All course, including PowerPoint are provided on the CD.

Tip of the Week — Classmates are a great source of referrals

Forty-year veteran sales associate Gwen Appelquist says, “Even now, I take classes and attend seminars and pursue all the educational training I can get.” When asked by one of her brokers why she’s so passionate about education courses, Appelquist said, “First, it’s for educational purposes, and second, I’ve yet to attend an out-of town-meeting of any kind where I didn’t receive one or two referrals that have come into your company.”
