Association/Board of Realtors® publications and Web site. Look for any press releases or upcoming events.

MLS Web site. Pull up a report for your market, covering sales activity since your last meeting.

Florida Association of Realtors® Web site—Floridarealtors.org. Get the latest news, access Florida Realtor magazine articles and search for legal answers. Want more? Go to FAR’s media site (
http://media.living.net) for the latest statistics on statewide and regional market sales trends.

National Association of Realtors® Web site. Go to
www.realtor.org for the latest national news and statistics.
•
Newspaper. Your sales team needs to be aware of any recent real estate coverage (positive or negative) appearing in your local daily or weekly paper.
