“I have an older printer connected with a newer computer, and for some reason my printer wasn’t functioning properly. A technician from the member’s Tech Helpline went above and beyond in attempting to correct my printer problem. He tried a few options, and when he couldn’t figure it out, he said, “Let’s get an HP tech online for help.” He even remained on the phone during my initial conversation with HP until I felt comfortable continuing on my own. The HP tech did finally have a solution and now my printer is working great. The Tech Helpline staff member was knowledgeable, but more importantly, he took the time to give me the service and help I needed over the phone. He also did a great hand-off to the HP tech for me.
