Build referral business from Realtors in Florida

A new advertising section for referral ads is devoted to promoting you to readers of Florida Realtor magazine. Choose either color or black and white advertising and let the Realtors in Florida know you're ready to serve them and their buyers and sellers. Members of FAR enjoy reduced referral advertising rates (see below).

Referral ads in Florida Realtor magazine are 2.25 by 2.25 inches (one-twelfth page). You may supply your ad to our production specifications.

For Florida licensees, Florida law only permits brokers to advertise referral fees. Florida law also requires that ads include the brokerage name as well as the salesperson's or broker's name.
Referral Advertising Rates

Minimum purchase required: 3 ads in a 12 month period. Six or more ads in a 12 month period earn frequency discounts.
