How to Choose Your IDX Options
Your State Association's IDX package provides you with several options.
Free company Web pages
Choose a design from among several templates. You customize the templates to suit your marketing goals. FAR works with your MLS to obtain regular data feeds of all MLS listings.
Free company Web page using your URL
Already have a registered domain name but no Web site? We’ll host the URL and you create your own page selecting from the available templates. If the MLS and broker allow, an associate may have a link to the IDX search engine on his or her Web site
Free "frameable" listings This option is well-suited to brokerages that have a Web site and simply want all MLS listings to appear in a certain area on their site.
Free data download
A time-saving option for all brokers, particularly those who operate in multiple markets and have well-developed Web sites. We offer data downloads from multiple markets in a uniform data format. If you’re a broker who’s knowledgeable about electronic data transfers, Web site design and production, or have hired a Web designer, you can use this option to feature the entire MLS listings on your Web site.
