The forms below contain a number of enhancements developed in cooperation by the Florida Realtors and the Florida Bar. The revisions will seem extensive initially but you’ll quickly see that many of the provisions are carried over from the older “FAR/BAR” contracts and comprehensive rider. Some of the changes include: larger print; the addition of an initial blanks at the bottom of each page; a limited hold harmless and indemnity clause for brokers and agents; and several new riders that include an appraisal contingency, an agreement to arbitrate disputes and a short sale rider.
