Great American Realtor Days 2013
Great American Realtor Days (GARD) is held during Florida's Legislative session when Realtors visit the Capitol to meet with and lobby Legislators on pending real estate legislation.
Florida Realtors 2013 President Dean Asher thanks everyone for attending GARD and the Rally for Homeownership on April 10, 2013 in Tallahassee.
The Block Party on Adams Street kicked off GARD. Fresh Florida Seafood, drinks and music were enjoyed by all. Thank you to the following Boards, Associations and Affiliates who sponsored food and drink stations.

The 2013 Rally for Homeownership at the state's Capitol Building in Tallahassee was attended by a historic number of Realtors from all over the state. The Liberty Voices ensemble began the event and filled the Capitol Courtyard with patriotic songs. The highlight was the presentation of a mortgate-free home to a wounded Florida veteran, retired Army Sgt. Michael Burke and his family, by Florida Realtors, in partnership with Military Warriors Support Foundation and Chase Bank. The Rally was the finale to GARD and demonstrated the importance of homeownership to families and to the state's economy.
