Login FAQ's Q. How do I get an ID and password to use floridarealtors.org?
A. You can sign in by using any one of these four license ID options:
- Your TLN ID number
- FREC license number
- NRDS number or
- Your customized user ID
Please note: Your password must contain at least five letters and/or numbers, but no more than eight. Letters are case-sensitive. Also, if you use your FREC ID number, only use the numeric digits in the license number (do not include "BK", "SL", etc.). You will create your own password, and that password remains the same with any of these login options.
If you need assistance, click on the “Get Assistance” link on the login page. You’ll be directed to a “Password Registration" box that also is used to activate first-time accounts.
Note: Your password must contain at least five letters and/or numbers, but no more than eight. To continue setting up your ID account and personal password, fill out this box with your last name and first name. As a convenience, you may type in a partial name, and a directory of all the names with those letters will appear. Use the drop-down menu arrow to find your name. Highlight your name, and press “Select.”
Next, a “Realtor Registration” box will appear.
Fill out the required fields, and press “Continue”. Once you are registered, you can immediately use the User ID along with the password you created to login to the system.
