The Realtor sessions take place from 9-11 a.m. at:
James L. Knight Center
400 S.E. Second Ave.
Miami, FL 33131

Register for the event and download a flyer for real estate professionals at HMPadmin.com.

Homeowner help

Following the real estate pro workshop there will be a five-hour session for at-risk homeowners from 1-8 p.m. Homeowners struggling to pay their mortgage can meet mortgage servicers and HUD-approved counselors.

The Treasury Department is also looking for Realtor volunteers to help with the homeowners session. It will take five hours of time and agents cannot solicit homeowners.

The Treasury Department encourages Realtors to spread the word about the free homeowner counseling to anyone who may need help. A brochure with information for homeowners is available online.
