Florida Realtors Tech Helpline: 89K users in 50 days

 

ORLANDO, Fla. – March 2, 2016 – Nearly half of the Realtors® in the U.S. and Canada – some 500,000 real estate professionals – now have access to the Tech Helpline, a service owned by Florida Realtors. The Tech Helpline is a free benefit of membership that provides technical support services for a wide range of software and hardware issues – from smartphones and tablets to desktops, laptops, email issues, viruses and more.

In a short period of time, the Tech Helpline signed contracts to provide the advice service to a number of new Realtor associations – a total of 89,000 new Tech Helpline users that signed on over a 50-day period.

During the 50-day period, the Tech Helpline added nine local and state Realtor associations to its roster of clients: The Arizona Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors, St. Louis Association of Realtors, Glenwood Springs Association of Realtors, North San Diego County Association of Realtors, Great Falls Association of Realtors, South Okanagan Real Estate Board and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.

"The growth of Tech Helpline has been stunning," says Tricia Stamper, Director of Technology Products at Florida Realtors. She credits its popularity to "no nonsense technical advice from a warm and friendly U.S.-based customer services staff." The Helpline offers advice in English and Spanish.

According to Stamper, the Tech Helpline's growth rate from Dec. 14, 2015, to Feb. 1, 2016, has exceeded 20 percent.
