Xplode conference aims to bridge technology gap

ORLANDO, Fla. – March 29, 2016 – Many buyers and sellers love new technology; many Realtors do not. A real estate career today focuses on apps and URLs as much as contracts and clients.

Xplode – a conference brought to association members by Florida Realtors – has six conferences scheduled between now and July at pre-conference cost of $29.

Presenters say it's not just about new technology – it's about pragmatic ways to use new technology in the real estate field, the "real tools you need to build your business." During the presentation, Realtors will find it easier to connect with the "technology companies, associations and MLSs that serve them."

Each one-day conference covers:

  • Effective real estate websites
  • Video: Why, when and how to use it
  • Secrets to farming and highly targeted marketing
  • Lead conversion at each touch point

Presenters say agents and brokers should ask themselves this question: "If your website was an employee, would you fire it?" To the general public, a website reflects the designer, and clients see little difference between an agent and his or her website.
