Be professional and short sales work well

I have heard many “short sale” nightmares. Most colleagues don’t want to go near them, either as a buyer’s agent or a listing agent.

I have had good experiences with short sales I have done. I primarily develop a professional relationship directly with the person I will be communicating with at the bank concerning the short sale. Then I submit everything they request in a speedy fashion with backup e-mails. This seems to give them the urgency to respond back to me and return the courtesy with the same professionalism. So I welcome any and all short sale listings.
