Don’t underestimate the value of open houses Editor, My last three sales were a direct result of open houses. One buyer came through on a Sunday, went home, and told his wife about it. The next thing I knew, they were ready, willing and able to buy that home. The other two sales happened while doing open houses. One agent inspected the home and emailed her buyers who then purchased it. The other sale was because a potential prospect inspected the home and actually used me to buy a different home. And all these sales occurred this year! Good selling to all and keep those houses “open,” especially on weekends! Denyse Liberatore Courtyard Realty Inc.
