Adjusting to today’s market

NEW ORLEANS – Nov. 10, 2006 – The real estate market continues to change, currently impacted by the influx of immigrants, the increasing influence of 20- and 30-somethings, and growth of technology and the Internet. To help Realtors adapt, NAR announced publication of a new book, “1,200 Great Sales Tips for Real Estate Pros.”

The announcement was made at NAR’s 2006 Conference & Expo here that runs November 9-13.

“Real estate is a competitive business, and the professionals who differentiate themselves and can demonstrate their added value to the real estate transaction will succeed,” says Thomas M. Stevens, NAR president. The books sells for $24.95.
