WASHINGTON – Oct. 5, 2006 – For insight into the fundamentals and direction of housing markets in 119 of the nation's largest metropolitan regions, check NAR's 2006 Market-by-Market Home Price Analysis Reports. Each of the 11-page downloadable market reports evaluates a number of factors affecting home prices, such as the health of the local job market, the prevalence of "non-traditional" home financing options, debt-to-income ratios, and net migration patterns.

Eleven market reports are available for Florida: Cape Coral region; Deltona region; Gainesville region; Jacksonville region; Miami region; Ocala region; Orlando region; Palm Bay region; Pensacola region; Sarasota region; and Tampa region.
