Fla. Supreme Court wants foreclosure info

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – June 16, 2009 – The Florida Supreme Court’s Task Force on Residential Foreclosures, a panel created by Chief Justice Peggy Quince to study the foreclosure problem, is looking for information from anyone embroiled in the crisis.

The panel is considering what changes to the legal process might be warranted, and wants to hear about the experiences of borrowers, mortgage holders and attorneys in the process. The task force has a survey at on its Web page at http://www.flcourts.org/gen_public/adr/index.shtml
