BLOGGING = MARKETING Blogs can be a useful part of a real estate sales associate’s Web strategy because the online tool positions them as experts in the local real estate market, provides a starting point for a phone or in-person relationship with prospective buyers and sellers, and generates listings. Sales associates can use blogs to enter content without much technological knowledge or the need to design a new page for each entry. Blogs also help boost search engine rankings because search engines prefer fresh content updated frequently. They allow visitors to get to know agents before deciding whether to do business with them, comment on posts to initiate communication and subscribe to the RSS feed to read new content as it’s posted.
