Charlette Seidel has a motto: Keep the office busy; keep things upbeat. And judging from what Oliver von Gundlach says, Seidel's office must be one hopping place.

"She's always in a positive mood," von Gundlach, a Realtor at the Coral Gables Sunset branch of Coldwell Banker, says. “She encourages everyone, has only good things to say. Tip of the Week— Short sales certification program

To help sales associates meet the needs of homebuyers and sellers who need these services, NAR has launched a new Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification Program (SFR). To earn the certification, Realtors must complete a one-day education program, either in-person or online, as well as three, one-hour webinars.
