A 20-acre parcel of land would seem to be a goldmine for someone in the real estate business. And for Betty Hensinger, it was.

As owner of Coldwell Banker All Stars Realty in Mount Dora, Hensinger could have brokered a deal for a new shopping mall or housing development, but the acreage had a different destiny, one that fit into her desire to give back to the community.
