Great American Realtor Days, or GARD, is held during Florida's Legislative Session in Tallahassee. Realtors visit the Capitol to meet with legislators on pending real estate legislation.

Meetings with Legislators
Hill visit appointments are made by Key Contacts. Once appointments have been scheduled, they will be made available here.
Registration is $50 in advance and $55 on-site. The fee covers all materials, talking points, Legislative Briefing, lunch and the Block Party. Register on line here

A pre-GARD briefing will be made available on the Florida Realtors website. A live briefing will take place at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center on March 28 during GARD.
An open house reception is scheduled at the Florida Realtors Office of Public Policy on Monday, March 27 from 5pm - 7pm for all registrants.
Lunch will be available for all participants in the Exhibit Hall of the Civic Center on March 28.
A section of Adams Street in downtown Tallahassee will be blocked off for the annual street party. Enjoy fresh Florida food and drink favorites. If your local Board or Association would like to sponsor a food or drink station, please complete and submit the Block Party Sponsor Form
Transportation to Tallahassee
Florida Realtors will supplement Association transportation costs. If your Association charters a bus to bring members to GARD, Florida Realtors will reimburse up to $500 of your Association's bus expense. Download the Transportation Reimbursement Form.
Parking and Shuttle Service
Parking will be available at the Civic Center with shuttle service to the Capitol and other event locations. All events are within walking distance. The shuttle will run continuously from 8am until 7:30pm on March 28 and 8am until 4pm on March 29.
