BARRY GROOM directly addresses camera: Hi, I’m Barry Grooms your 2020 President pf Florida Realtors.   And I have a heartfelt message regarding the health and safety of ALL members of the Realtor Family. This is the time to stay the course. Do NOT let your guard down. The virus is still with us. I want you to know your state association is here with tools and resources designed to ensure the safety of you, your family, your colleagues, your clients and customers and your vendors.

So please visit floridarealtors.org/coronavirus. And while your are there, print out the poster on Property Showing Safety Rules, You can also print and share the graphics for what to expect during a remote closing and even how to safely conduct an open house. There’s also tips, nine of ‘em on how to do a  Facebook Live Virtual Open House.

You’ll also find safety guides for brokerages, and the COVID in-person acknowledgement form. Thoroughly read the coronavirus resource page and watch the videos, including one on how to be a RESPONSIBLE Realtor. 

Finally, it’s crucial that we ALL continue to follow CDC guidelines and our local emergency regulations. (PAUSE)
