PROPERTY SHOWING RULES

THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF YOU, THE PROPERTY OWNER AND RESIDENTS IS OUR PRIORITY. We ask that you abide by the following rules based on guidelines from the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention and local ordinances, where applicable:

Wear a protective face mask.
Sanitize your hands before entering.
Practice social distancing by keeping at least 6 feet between yourself and others. Do not gather in groups.
Avoid touching surfaces whenever possible.
When the showing is over, please discard any disposable gloves, masks or shoe coverings in a trash receptacle.
Follow all directions of the showing agent.
