Bone up on Anthropic’s Claude
Try this quick tip to get started and do more with Claude.
Camila Castillo, a real estate agent at the Ben Moss Group in Coral Gables, hosts a weekly Claude call to help her colleagues learn to use AI-assisted large language models (LLMs).
For Realtors® who want to master the technology, she suggests videos and classes from Maven Analytics, plus YouTube videos from Sabrina Ramonov and Ali H. Salem.
After getting the lay of the land, “tell and show Claude who you are,” says Castillo.
Feed Claude your MLS agent production report for the past five years; links to your website, agent profile and social media accounts; marketing materials; and a couple of listing presentations.
QUICK TIP: Use detailed prompts with AI
Don’t assume AI tools will always remember what you’ve told them.
With each prompt, provide all instructions. For efficiency, create a personal style guide with your preferred tone and diction (words and phrases you say, versus those to avoid). Attach this document to each prompt.
