Why become a GRI?

In today's competitive business environment you need more than just motivation and initiative to succeed, you need the professional advantage of the education know-how you receive in the GRI program.

The Graduate Realtor® Institute designation indicates to buyers, sellers and other real estate professionals that you are highly trained and ready to serve customers and clients in many area of real estate.  

According to NAR, Realtors who earn the GRI designation make more than $30,000 per year more on average that those without a GRI designation.

Developed specifically for NAR members, the GRI program includes 105 hours of coursework on topics ranging from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.
