Apply for your license online If you apply for your Florida Real Estate License online, here’s what you need, and here’s what will happen.
- Notarized application
- FBI fingerprint card
- Required fees
- Notice of satisfactory completion of prescribed course (send with application or take to state exam site)
- DBPR has 30 days to notify applicant of errors or omissions
- Applicant must be approved or denied within 90 days after receipt of correct application
- Background check by DBPR
- Once applicant is considered qualified, the DRE notifies the national testing vendor
- Vendor notifies applicants that they are eligible to take state license examination
- Grade of 75 or higher required on license exam
