Florida Realtors Online Education
Florida Realtors is pleased to announce a variety of online and multimedia education options for today's busy Realtor.
Online courses combine computer-based learning with the same high standards of a course taught in a classroom at your local association. Students can login any hour of the day, so they are not restricted by scheduling conflicts presented in a classroom setting.
We strongly encourage anyone interested in online education to read "Is Online Learning Right For Me?" before enrolling in any of our online programs.

Graduate, Realtor Institute Online
We currently offer all three modules of the GRI program online, and will provide designation credit online (CE and Post-Licensing credit is not available at this time, but should be available by mid-May). Through self-paced, self-directed study, students will work through the GRI material in an interactive, multimedia-rich online learning environment. Students will read course texts online, listen to interactive videos, complete written assignments and participate in module quizes in order to complete learning objectives. Students are enrolled in the modules on a weekly basis, with classes starting each Monday.

Course Pricing
- GRI-1: Standards of Practice (regularly $300, introductory* price of $150)
- GRI-2: Essential Real Estate Techniques (regularly $250, introductory* price of $125)
- GRI-3: Real Estate Specialties (regularly $250, introductory* price of $125)
*Introductory pricing will remain in effect until CE and Post-license accreditation is received from the DBPR
NAR's "Realtor University"
Florida Realtors has entered into a partnership with NAR's Realtor University to provide online educational programs, including many of the Realtor Family of Designations and Certifications. NAR's Realtor University is the exclusive provider of online courses leading to NAR's official family designations and certifications—ABR®, AHWD, BPOR, e-PRO®, CIPS, GREEN, RSPS, SFR and SRES®. Realtor University offers over 400 hours of real estate and professional continuing education to help members build skills and earn designations and certifications.
