3 hours Core Law:
Cost: $15 for online course; hard-copy course includes course login and shipping: $30.
This course meets the three-hour Core Law requirement for real estate licensees.


GRI-1 "Standards of Practice":
Cost: $300, 45 credit hours for sales associates post license or 11 hours of CE credit.
Earn credit for your real estate license renewal and for the nation’s premiere professional real estate designation. GRI Course One, “Standards of Practice,” offers either 45 hours of post-license education credit to new real estate sales associates, or 11 hours of specialty continuing education credit for sales associates and brokers who have completed their post-license education and initial license renewal. It also offers credit toward the National Association of Realtors®’ professional designation, GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute),* and it fulfills NAR’s ethics training requirement for all members.  This is the most popular course ever offered by Florida Realtors® through its Florida Realtor® Institute. 


GRI-2 "Essential Real Estate Techniques":

Cost: $150, 30 credit hours toward earning the GRI Designation only.
Realtors® add value to real estate transactions by understanding how best to serve the particular needs of different buyers, whether they’re purchasing their first home or multiple investment properties. This course enhances your skills and commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. Learn about investments, sales & marketing, construction, personal promotions, appraising, and elements of email. This course will set you apart in today's rapidly changing marketplace.

GRI-3 "Real Estate Specialties": 
Cost: $150, 30 credit hours toward earning the GRI Designation only.

Residential Course:
Cost: $19, 14 CE credit hours
Course subjects include core law, professional standards, the business of real estate, Florida: The Gateway, and real estate investment.

Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate:
Cost: $29, 14 CE credit hours
This course is designed for agents or brokers who want to learn the basics about commercial real estate.  Agents and brokers who are currently in the commercial business will learn how to better serve their existing clients and attract new ones. 


Group Ownership and Disposition Strategies:
Cost $39, 14 CE credit hours
This course is highly specialized and focuses on group investing and disposition strategy -- as well as core law. You’ll learn the many facets of group ownership so that you will be able to advise investors of the special considerations associated with multiple-owner projects.
