If you can understand buyer behavior and explain that concept to sellers, chances are the house will be priced to sell. Consider these three value propositions. First, location matters. People will pay more or less depending on the location. Second, does the home have a good flow; are the upgrades contemporary? Third, what else is for sale right now in the area?
