Spokesperson Issues Training
You never get a second chance to make a first impression, especially when you’re talking to the media. That’s why we offer Spokesperson Issues Training.

Designed for Association leaders at the local and state level, this intensive full-day training session teaches you how to communicate effectively with both the public and the news media.

Taught at the Florida Realtors® headquarters by a panel of professional media advisors, the course features videotape instant replays of participants’ presentations to strengthen communication skills as industry spokespersons. Contact your local Board or Association if you’d like to take advantage of this opportunity.

Real estate is vital to Florida’s economy, and housing statistics are at the heart of the action.

Florida Realtors® works in conjunction with local Associations and the University of Florida to show you the vital signs of the real estate markets and of related financial and service industries.

The research includes statistical compilations on market activity and monthly, quarterly and annual reports on closed sales and median sales prices of existing single-family homes sold by Realtors through the Multiple Listing Systems in Florida Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs).

Florida Realtors® also reports data on closed sales and median sales price of existing condos sold by Realtors in the state’s MSAs.
