You never get a second chance to make a first impression, especially when you’re talking to the media. That’s why we offer Spokesperson Issues Training
Designed for Association leaders at the local and state level, this intensive full-day training session teaches you how to communicate effectively with both the public and the news media.
Taught at the Florida Realtors headquarters by a panel of professional media advisors, the course features videotape instant replays of participants’ presentations to strengthen communication skills as industry spokespersons. Real estate is vital to Florida’s economy, and housing statistics are at the heart of the action.
The Florida Realtors Industry and Data Analysis Department (IDA) provides real estate statistics, trends and research that helps members understand the real estate business by the numbers – and positions Florida Realtors as the voice for real estate in Florida. Services include a monthly analysis of Florida’s real estate market, along with special studies, videos and support for public policy efforts in Tallahassee.
Florida Realtors® also reports data on closed sales and median sales price of existing condos sold by Realtors in the state’s counties and zip codes.
