AI Tools Aim to Speed Agent-Buyer Connections
Emerging tech is helping agents spot buyer intent sooner, prompting timely outreach that turns interest into real conversations as 2026 approaches.
NEW YORK — Real estate tech leaders are outlining the tools they believe will give agents an edge in 2026, with AI-driven platforms changing how professionals search, nurture and convert business.
Inside Real Estate is rolling out conversational search through its HomeSearch AI, which interprets natural language and buyer intent.
“Someone types in ‘craftsman with a two-car garage, spa-like bathrooms, in a neighborhood with sidewalks and parks,’ and the AI understands what they really want,” said Joe Skousen, CEO of Inside Real Estate.
Early adopters have reported major increases in customer conversations as the platform helps agents reactivate databases and catch opportunities that might otherwise be missed.
PropStream is taking a similar approach by reframing traditional leads as targeted opportunities. “I’m always careful now not to say ‘leads,’ but to say ‘opportunities,’” said Brian Tepfer, CEO of PropStream, noting the company’s expanded ecosystem that predicts likely movers and provides real-time calling prompts.
MoxiWorks is also introducing native-AI relationship intelligence with its new RISE platform, which surfaces timely outreach suggestions and allows agents to launch personalized campaigns quickly. “The AI isn’t smarter than the agent, but the AI is bringing to the surface something the agent wasn’t thinking about or didn’t have the time to get to yet,” said Kim Koraca, CMO of MoxiWorks.
All three companies are focused on the same outcome: shortening the path from interest to conversation by surfacing the right moments to reach out.
