Florida Realtors Disaster Relief Fund: There When You Need It
UPDATE: Florida Realtors has activated its Disaster Relief Fund for Realtors and their employees who have suffered damage as the result of Hurricane Helene.
About the fund
The Florida Realtors® Disaster Relief Fund was formed as a trust in the state of Florida in August 1992, and since then it has been assisting Realtors and their employees as well as local associations and staff who experienced damage to their primary residences or offices caused by natural disasters.
Applicants must be a member of the Realtor® family prior to the disaster and whose primary residence home or real estate office has sustained serious physical and/or structural damage to include but not limited to water intrusion.

FLORIDA REALTORS DISASTER RELIEF FUND: Applications are currently being accepted for members of the Florida Realtors family who sustained damage during:
- Hurricane Helene, September 2024; applications close March 26, 2025.
- Hurricane Debby on August 5, 2024; applications close February 5, 2025.
- Flash flooding in South Florida on June 11, 2024; applications close December 12, 2024.
- Tornado events in North Florida on May 10, 2024; applications close November 11, 2024.
