CORE – Collaborative Online Realtor® Education
CORE (Collaborative Online Realtor® Education) is a monthly series of live, virtual continuing education classes offered via Zoom. These FREC-approved courses provide members with convenient access to high-quality education on relevant industry topics—no matter where they are.
Registration is handled through your local Realtor® association’s education calendar. Once registered, attendees receive the Zoom access link directly by email prior to the class.

Florida Realtors offers a wide variety of online education programs with its partner The CE Shop.
Choices for discounted pricing courses include three- and four-hour CE programs, complete 14-hour CE renewal packages and industry-specific programs for commercial real estate practitioners.
CRD: Center for Realtor Development
The Center for REALTOR Development offers nationally recognized REALTOR® designations and certifications designed to help you grow your expertise, expand your business, and serve clients at the highest level.
Through CRD, members can choose from live courses offered at local REALTOR® associations or self-paced online learning—allowing you to learn in the way that works best for your schedule. Available programs include ABR®, AHWD®, BPOR®, CIPS®, e-PRO®, GREEN®, RSPS®, SFR®, and SRES®, with additional courses in development.
