GRI Exam Retake Request

If you have received a letter stating that you did not pass your exam, you are eligible to retake the exam one time.

Realtor^® Institute policy states that a $30.00 “retake examination fee” shall be paid in advance of retaking the examination. Cancellation of the scheduled retake exam will result in an additional charge of $50.00 for the second rescheduling and $100.00 for each scheduling thereafter. The retake examination date is not less than ten days after Florida Realtors^® receives notice of the requested date.
