What is the Florida Realtors® Convention & Trade Expo? It's Florida's premier annual event for real estate professionals — bringing together 3,000+ industry colleagues for education, networking, and business-building. Each year, the convention features nationally recognized speakers, expert-led education sessions, peer-to-peer training, CE credit courses, a free two-day Trade Expo, special events, an awards luncheon, and a legislative and political forum.
When and where is the 2026 convention? The convention is August 19–20, 2026, at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, (9939 Universal Boulevard). Related events extend across the full week: REBarCamp takes place the day before on August 18, and governance meetings follow August 21–23.
Who should attend? Anyone connected to the business of real estate will find value here. Most attendees are sales associates and brokers, but the convention also draws property managers, commercial and residential investors, auction specialists, banking executives, mortgage lenders, property appraisers, rental and relocation specialists, and international real estate liaisons.

The Trade Expo is always free (registration required). Association governance meetings are also free to attend.
Education sessions
What kinds of education sessions are offered? The convention features a full lineup of sessions led by nationally recognized speakers, trainers and Florida industry experts. Topics span lead generation, AI and technology, branding, marketing, video content, MLS tools, compensation strategies, legal and compliance issues, real estate investing, mindset and performance, and broker/brokerage growth strategies — among others.
Can I earn CE credits at the convention? Yes, CE credit courses are offered as part of the convention programming.

What is the Wealth Building Summit? The Wealth Building Summit is a brand-new, full-day immersive experience taking place on Day 1 of the convention (August 19). Through keynotes, expert-led sessions and real-world insights, attendees will explore how to turn commission income into long-term assets.

Trade Expo
What is the Trade Expo? The Florida Realtors Trade Expo is a free two-day showcase featuring more than 200 exhibitors whose products and services are specifically designed for real estate professionals. It runs August 19–20 at the Rosen Shingle Creek.
Is the Trade Expo really free? Yes — the Trade Expo is always free to attend. Registration is required, but there is no admission cost.
What can I find at the Trade Expo? You'll find exhibitors covering the full spectrum of real estate tools and technology — plus dedicated hubs for commercial and international vendors on the expo floor.
REBarCamp
What is REBarCamp? REBarCamp is a high-energy, collaborative "unconference" presented by Florida Realtors YPN (Young Professionals Network) — held the day before the main convention on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. It's a peer-driven format where Realtors exchange ideas and share what's actually working right now in their businesses, covering everything from getting listings and handling multiple offers to social media marketing and the latest tech.
When and where is REBarCamp? REBarCamp runs 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. on August 18 at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Registration opens at 8 a.m.
How do I register for REBarCamp? REBarCamp registration is separate from the main convention.
Hotel & travel
Where is the convention being held? All convention events — including REBarCamp, the Trade Expo and the Wealth Building Summit — take place at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, 9939 Universal Boulevard, Orlando.
Is there a discounted hotel rate for attendees? Yes. Florida Realtors has negotiated a special rate of $174 per night (plus tax) for single or double occupancy, valid for reservations made by July 20 (subject to room block availability). Attendees also receive a 50% discount on self-parking (valet parking is at full prevailing rates).

Special events & awards
Are there any special events during the convention? Yes — in addition to education sessions, the convention includes special and ticketed events throughout the day and into the evening. Highlights include the annual Awards Luncheon (celebrating Realtor of the Year and other top industry honorees) and the Legislative and Political Forum, where attendees can learn about current and upcoming policy developments in Tallahassee and beyond.
