Creating Facebook Content for Realtors: 6 Top-Tier Tools

Facebook posts should be relaxed and accessible, but a handful of tools can make consistent posts easier to schedule and more appealing to readers.

NEW YORK – Real estate professionals can use several Facebook tools to enhance their content on the platform.

SocialPilot, for example, allows users to develop, schedule and publish Facebook posts for various business pages from one place. It can be used to create timely announcements, post consistently, and boost posts directly from the SocialPilot dashboard. SocialPilot includes Canva integration, which allows users to publish interactive posts with visuals.

Facebook Audience Insights (within the Facebook Ad Manager) helps agents track data across their social media accounts. It also lets users track which posts doing well, so they can decide whether to boost or repost them.

All of the major social media companies provide some kind of service similar to Facebook Audience Insights, including Twitter Analytics and Instagram Account Insights.

Starting at $99 a month, ShortStack is one of the costlier tech tools available to agents looking to improve their Facebook content. However, if they want to get involved with things like contests or giveaways for followers and prospective clients, it’s likely the best marketing tool. ShortStack is designed to simplify and launch campaigns for Facebook and other social media platforms.

Other useful apps include ACESocial, Post Planner and Pagemodo.
