Ryan Broyles had one of the greatest receiving careers in NCAA football history. Born and bred in Oklahoma in the 1990s, Broyles was a standout track-and-field athlete as well as football star. Watkins discovered a love for the real estate industry after joining the Division of Real Estate in 2001 as a senior attorney. Over the next 16 years, she served as chief attorney and deputy director of the agency before being appointed director by Gov. Rick Scott and serving seven years. One of the highlight of her career has been an appointment on the Federal Advisory Committee of The Appraisal Subcommittee of the U.S. Congress.
