Florida Realtors Named a Top Workplace
It’s the 5th year in a row for The Orlando Sentinel’s Top Workplace in Central Florida honor, based on blind workplace culture surveys by employees.
ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida Realtors® has been recognized as one of the Orlando Sentinel’s Top Workplaces in Central Florida for the fifth year in a row.
The annual distinction is based on a confidential third-party study by the Philadelphia-based engagement technology partner firm Energage LLC with the Sentinel and focuses on workplace culture. Surveys are filled out online and anonymously by company employees. Neither the state Realtor® association nor the Orlando Sentinel saw the responses.
“I am deeply honored that Florida Realtors has been named one of Orlando’s Top Workplaces,” Florida Realtors CEO Margy Grant said. “This recognition is a testament to the incredible people who make up our organization. Every day, our dedicated team works with passion, professionalism, and a shared commitment to serving our members and strengthening Florida’s real estate industry.
“At Florida Realtors, we believe our culture is built on collaboration, respect, and innovation – and this award reflects the strength of those values in action. I could not be prouder of our team and the positive, supportive workplace they help create. Together, we are not only advancing our profession but also making a meaningful difference in communities across our state.”
Florida Realtors 2025 President Tim Weisheyer said, “Being named a Top Workplace is more than an award – it’s a reflection of the value Florida Realtors brings to our members, partners, and communities across the state. While Realtors are on the front lines helping individuals and families thrive, this recognition highlights the dedication of the many professionals working behind the scenes to make that impact possible. It’s a powerful testament to the strength of our entire organization united in our mission to elevate the industry, improve lives, and drive Florida forward.”
The association is the largest professional trade association in the state with over 230,000 members – and it also is the largest state Realtor association in the U.S. It’s made up of 50 local and regional Realtor associations or boards. Membership is voluntary and includes residential and commercial agents and brokers, as well as appraisers, real estate counselors, property managers, real estate specialists and related industry affiliates.
Florida Realtors has a total of 150 employees, with 132 staff members working in its Central Florida office located just north of Orlando International Airport at 7025 Augusta National Drive in Orlando. The association also has a Public Policy office in Tallahassee.
“We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace for a fifth consecutive year, a distinction that reflects the strength of our culture and the dedication of our people to being The Voice for Real Estate® in Florida,” said Florida Realtors Director of Human Resources Chris Mini said. “This is a testament to the incredible people, whose shared values, teamwork, and commitment to excellent service for our members, that make Florida Realtors not just a workplace, but a community where we are able to do our best work together.
The award marks the second workplace recognition for Florida Realtors in as many months. In August, Florida Realtors was recognized by Florida Trend magazine as one of the Top 100 Best Companies To Work For In Florida. The Florida Trend survey ranked 100 companies in small, medium and large employer categories. Florida Realtors ranked 30th in its mid-sized category (50-249 employees).
