What is ListingShare?

ListingShare is a co-operative search engine that allows an MLS and its participants/subscribers to have mutual access to available property listings in all other participating MLSs. Through a single search, a Realtor can find all property listings that match search parameters regardless of the MLS that originated the listing.

The key benefit of ListingShare is that it allows MLS participants the ability to view listings outside of their MLS without the need to join other MLSs, reducing participants’ costs and administrative burden. In addition, ListingShare is rich in functionality and integrated with other applications.

Members access ListingShare via a link on their MLS website. Additionally, ListingShare can be accessed via the Florida Realtors website. Only members of associations whose MLS participates in ListingShare will see the link.

This service is a Florida Realtors member benefit and there are no charges or fees for its usage. Premium features or functionality, customization and ancillary services such as training may be offered to associations/MLSs or members for purchase. MLSs are also responsible for paying for access by non-member participants.
