In a recent feature, RISMedia highlighted the association’s long-standing commitment to building practical, agent-focused technology. In developing these tools, Florida Realtors has positioned itself as “the quiet giant of real estate tech,” said 2025 Florida Realtors President Tim Weisheyer, broker-owner of Dream Builders Realty and dbrCommercial Real Estate Services in Central Florida.

That’s what makes this story different. In an industry filled with hype, hyperbole and bravado, Florida Realtors has proven that long-term leadership in technology doesn’t always require a million-dollar marketing budget, but only focus, follow-through and a clear vision built with real estate professionals, by real estate professionals and for real estate professionals,” Weisheyer said.

Among the tools in the spotlight:

  • Form Simplicity, a transaction platform that streamlines contracts, forms and document management, giving agents a secure, centralized workspace.
  • Tech Helpline, a member favorite known for its reliable real-world problem-solving.
  • Sabal Sign, the association’s new e-signature platform designed to organize transactions with speed and security.
  • Florida Realtors Innovation Fund, a platform to invest in emerging technology with shared upside, emphasizing integration, sustainability and long-term member value. Early focus areas include safety, valuation tools and enhanced transaction workflows.

RISMedia noted that these tools are used daily by thousands of agents and brokers, demonstrating how member-driven innovation can shape the broader real estate landscape.
