Agents From Florida Shine in NAR’s 30-Under-30

ORLANDO, Fla. — Young Realtors® from Florida showed up in a big way on the National Association of Realtors®’ 2026 30-Under-30 finalist list, with multiple agents earning spots among the industry’s top rising professionals.

The six Florida finalists who made the cut include agents from Orlando and the Keys, among others, representing a mix of markets across the state:

• Alexis Bress, eXp Realty, Orlando
• Kelsey Caputo, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Keys Real Estate, Islamorada
• Federico Nunez, Novel Management, Miami
• Melissa Tejada, PMG Residential, North Miami
• Savannah Wyker, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, St. Petersburg
• Natali Zaher, Natali Zaher | Herron Real Estate, Jacksonville

NAR’s 30-Under-30 recognizes 50 young professionals selected for their business success, leadership and innovation. The group was narrowed from a larger pool of applicants and now moves into the final stage of the competition. The full 2026 30 Under 30 class will be announced at noon CT on Monday, April 20.

“These young professionals have become trusted resources by helping clients navigate the complexities of homebuying and connecting them to critical tools and support,” NAR said. “The 50 finalists are strengthening their communities through a blend of modern tech savvy, strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to giving back. And throughout it all, they represent the real estate profession with pride and professionalism.”

Web Choice Award

The Web Choice Award focuses on the 50 finalists but is a separate honor from the 30-Under-30 class. The Web Choice Award winner secures a spot in 2026’s 30-Under-30 class and earns a special recognition online. Judges then select the other 29 honorees from the field of finalists.

Voting for the Web Choice Award opens on Wednesday, April 8, at noon CST and closes Wednesday, April 15 at noon CST.
