Know Before You Go: 2025 Florida Realtors® Convention & Trade Expo

Important parking, registration, dining and other important information about this year's event.

Here’s everything you need to know before you go. Save, print, bookmark this important info!

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

You may register on-site for full convention (member, $170; non-member, $195). As always, registration for the Trade Expo and Florida Realtors governance meetings is FREE. See schedule for registration desk location and hours.

PARKING & SHUTTLES

Staying at Rosen Shingle Creek?

You can park on-site with a 50% discount on the hotel’s daily parking rate. (Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m.)

Not staying at Rosen Shingle Creek?

If you're driving in the for the day Monday and/or Tuesday, do NOT plan to park onsite at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Instead, set your navigation to our designated satellite parking lot, which has been reserved for convention and expo attendees at no charge. A fee may be incurred if you park in the attached garage or elsewhere:

Free shuttle buses will run continuously from 7 a.m. to midnight between the satellite parking lot and the hotel on:

  • Monday, Aug. 25

  • Tuesday, Aug. 26

⚠️ Plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before your first session to allow for shuttle transit from the satellite parking lot and registration check-in.

Taking the Brightline or flying?

Orlando International Airport, where the Brightline station is located, is approximately 12.5 miles away from the hotel, about a 20-minute drive.

Make sure your have installed the all-in-one tool for navigating convention week! With the official app, you can:

  • Plan your personalized session schedule
  • Use the new room locator to find your way around
  • Receive real-time updates and alerts
  • Access attendee bios, speaker info, vendor lists & more

 

Or search “Florida Realtors Events” in your app store and download before arrival.

PRO TIP: Make sure your app has the latest event info by clicking the arrow buttons in the top right corner of the app dashboard.

REGISTRATION INFO

Convention Registration is located between the ballroom at — follow the signs when you arrive! Stop here first to pick up your name badge and materials — you’ll need them to enter sessions and the Trade Expo.

🕒 Registration Hours:

  • Sunday, Aug. 24: 10 a.m.– 5 p.m.

  • Monday, Aug. 25: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

  • Tuesday, Aug. 26: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Just coming for governance meetings?

Registration is open 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Aug. 27-28 and from 8-9:30 a.m. Aug. 29 at the Panzacola Desk.

STAY CONNECTED: WIFI INFO

Connect quickly onsite by joining:

  • Network Name: Florida Realtors 2025

  • Access Code: RealtorChampions (case sensitive)

Once connected, open your browser and enter the code on the portal page.

DINING AT ROSEN SHINGLE CREEK

Enjoy an exceptional culinary experience without leaving the venue. Convention-goers who are registered hotel guests receive a 25% discount at Café Osceola Breakfast, A Land Remembered and Cala Bella. The discount excludes alcohol and already discounted specials.
