Video Tools That Win Buyers’ Attention

Good, shareable video can expand a listing’s reach, but it’s underutilized by buyers’ agents. However, some private vendors can help video-averse agents.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Listing technology covers portals to single-listing sites, landing pages, 3D tours, photography, videos, promotion and more. With real estate marketing, digital, shareable video is a big driver of consumers’ reactions to available property, but it’s under-utilized.

Among the video technology providers helping real estate professionals shine online is Replay Listings, maker of a video creation app that encourages agents to create quick walkthroughs of available apartments.

Another provider, Phixer, allows users to upload a series of individual video clips and have a professionally edited promotional listing video within a day.

Through Kerbox Media, former agent Bill Kerbox works with clients individually to build unique video projects, and he assists with marketing and branding content.

Real Estate Shows is a simple and efficient way to create enhanced slideshows, while Vuse offers a video production app for the real estate industry.

Roomvu also helps agents create and market video content, while TruPlace allows agents to capture content themselves for multiple tour types, or, if they prefer, farm it out to one of the marketing company’s national photographers.
