Your 15-Minute Weekly Content Plan

A simple weekly routine for content planning helps agents map themes, draft quick posts and pair visuals, making it easier to stay consistent online.

NEW YORK — Creating consistent social media content doesn't have to be time-consuming. By using a simple 15-minute method each week, agents can maintain a strong online presence without sacrificing client time.

  • Start by spending three minutes choosing three content themes – like education, engagement or behind-the-scenes – to guide your weekly posts and keep messaging consistent.
  • Then, use five minutes to draft one short post per theme. These don’t need to be elaborate – just quick, authentic insights or questions to connect with your audience.
  • In the next four minutes, pair each post with a visual – photos of listings, selfies or day-in-the-life moments – that reinforce your message.
  • Lastly, spend three minutes uploading, saving or scheduling your content using tools.

Agents can also recycle content that performs well, like popular polls or useful templates, by updating and reposting. Keep a running list of ideas and a folder of go-to images that will make the process even faster.

With this streamlined approach, agents can show up consistently online, stay top-of-mind in their market and still have plenty of time for what matters most: serving clients and closing deals.
