Florida Realtors Live today features a full slate of live, 15-minute Q&A sessions online covering market trends, policy priorities, leadership and AI strategies.

ORLANDO, Fla. — From market outlooks to AI productivity hacks, Florida Realtors® is bringing the conversations agents want to hear to the screen today during a full day of live Q&A sessions with industry leaders.

The Florida Realtors Live event at the Mid-Winter Business Meeting features 15-minute interviews throughout the day, also streaming on Facebook and YouTube.

Tracey Velt, Florida Realtor magazine’s editor at large and Housing Wire’s senior director of data and content, will be hosting well-known state and national voices from across the industry. Topics range from legislative priorities and market outlooks to leadership, technology and evolving business models. All times listed are Eastern and subject to change.

  • 10 a.m. – The day opens with Trey Goldman, senior vice president of public policy for Florida Realtors, who will provide an inside look at what’s at stake for real estate during Florida’s 2026 legislative session.
  • 10:30 a.m. – Career strategy and leadership take center stage as Craig Wilburn, chief people impactor with Team Dynamo Powered by Flourish Collective at REAL Broker, discusses the courage required to pivot and refocus a real estate career with purpose.
  • 11 a.m. – Jessica Lautz, deputy chief economist and vice president of research at the National Association of Realtors®, will break down what agents and brokers should be watching in the housing market as 2026 approaches.
  • 12:30 p.m. – Neal Oates Jr., licensed real estate broker at World Renowned Real Estate explores how brokers can better serve today’s agents.
  • 1 p.m. – Chuck Bonfiglio Jr., 2026 president of Florida Realtors, shares his perspective on the business realities facing Realtors® in Florida right now.
  • 1:15 p.m. – Hollie Billero Buldo, broker associate with Billero & Billero Properties, discusses building a business through conversations and community rather than sales pitches.
  • 1:30 p.m. – Carlos Meléndez of The Melendez Group at Keyes shares practical AI strategies designed to give agents more time back in their day.
  • 2 p.m. – Scott Arvin, a Realtor® at Matchmaker Realty, explains how building a rental pipeline can create future sales opportunities.
  • 2:30 p.m. – Jennifer Wollmann, broker associate at Avanti Way Commercial, will examine how tourism, sports and health care are reshaping demand across Florida’s commercial real estate market.

Each session is designed to be concise, practical and conversational, allowing members to tune in for specific topics or follow the full schedule throughout the day.
