Florida Realtor Magazine to Debut Spanish Edition
The Spanish-language digital issue will launch in April 2026. Members can join a waitlist for email alerts. The print and online English formats will continue.
ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida Realtors® will launch the first Spanish-language digital edition of Florida Realtor magazine in April 2026, expanding its flagship publication to better reflect the state’s diverse membership and the communities they serve.
The association has opened a waitlist for members and readers who want to receive an email alert when the premier issue goes live. The new monthly digital edition will deliver trusted industry insights, news and professional information, en español, tailored to Spanish-speaking Realtors® and audiences across the state. The existing English-language publication will continue to be delivered to members’ mailboxes and published online.
2026 Florida Realtors President Chuck Bonfiglio, broker-owner of AAA Realty Group in Plantation, said the launch reflects both member needs and Florida’s position in the global marketplace.
“Florida’s real estate market is built on communication, and Spanish is part of everyday life for the people who live, work and do business here, including many of Florida's Realtors,” he said. “That’s why launching a Spanish-language digital edition of Florida Realtor® magazine is a clear, practical step forward. It reflects the communities we serve, supports how our members operate in the real world and strengthens Florida’s role as a global gateway – especially with South America and Spanish-speaking markets worldwide.”
The Spanish-language configuration represents a milestone for Florida Realtors communications, broadening the reach of the association’s award-winning magazine and reinforcing Florida’s position as an international real estate hub.
