“Serving on a committee is more than giving your time. It is an opportunity to share your experience, build connections across the state and help shape the future of our profession," said 2026 Florida Realtors President-Elect Jorge Guerra Jr., broker with Real Estate Sales Force in Miami.

Each Florida Realtors committee serves a distinct purpose, covering areas such as association governance, advocacy, programs and services, law and policy and member engagement, among others.

“Committee service is where leaders are developed. It gives you a seat at the table and prepares you to lead at a higher level," Guerra said. “When Realtors get involved, it strengthens your business and makes Florida Realtors stronger as a whole.”
