Each year, Florida Realtors hosts a two-day educational conference for Association Executives (AEs), MLS CEOs and their staff representing more than 50 local Realtor Associations from around Florida.

If you provide products or services that benefit local real estate boards, MLSs, and their members, this is an excellent opportunity to network with key decision-makers. Upper-level sponsors also have the opportunity to speak before the assembled attendees, helping sponsors connect in a meaningful way.

Here are the benefits of each level of sponsorship:

Titanium Sponsor/Refreshment Break: $5,000

• Refreshment Break Sponsor. Your company will be recognized as the sponsor of one of the refreshment breaks, with signage and recognition from the stage.
• Five minutes of prime presentation time immediately following the refreshment break to talk about your products and services.
• Two tickets to the Opening Reception where you can mix and mingle in an informal setting.
• Meals (one breakfast and one lunch) and Refreshment Breaks for two people are Included. Increase your opportunities to engage in one-on-one conversations with attendees during meals and refreshment breaks. ($250 for each additional attendee)
• Your Company Name and/or Logo Is Everywhere. Attendees will know you are there! Your name and logo will appear on signage that will be on display throughout the conference.
• Meet & Greet Area: A table will be set up where you can set up shop and interact with attendees.
• Information Sharing. To help you extend your marketing and interaction, Florida Realtors will distribute a QR Code linking to a dropbox with workshop materials. Sponsors can include electronic files with additional information that attendees can take back to their local associations.

Titanium Sponsor/Networking Activity: $5,000

• Activity Sponsor. Your company will be recognized as the sponsor of the networking activity, and you will be the only sponsor allowed to attend. You will be recognized with signage and recognition from the stage. You will be able to address the attendees just before the activity.
• Two tickets to the Opening Reception where you can mix and mingle in an informal setting.
• Meals (one breakfast and one lunch) and Refreshment Breaks for two people are Included. Increase your opportunities to engage in one-on-one conversations with attendees during meals and refreshment breaks. ($250 for each additional attendee)
• Your Company Name and/or Logo Is Everywhere. Attendees will know you are there! Your name and logo will appear on signage that will be on display throughout the conference.
