Some agents use the platform for branding and expanding their online social reputation and personas, while others are more sales-focused and promote outstanding properties. Views and likes can be collected by trending sounds and #hashtags, generating fun videos, or adding unexpected tips and moves.

Realtors should offer valuable insights that buyers need to know, and be mindful that TikTok is mainly an entertainment channel. Research should be conducted through a third-party site before setting up real estate ads on TikTok.

The benefits of TikTok real estate ads include higher conversions, more newsletter subscribers, home sales and space rentals, more visitors to the agency website, greater likelihood of users downloading the real estate app, better branding and outreach, and increasing user engagement on the TikTok uploads.
