NAR’s Realtors Property Resource and Florida Realtors now offer commercial info and research via the RPR app and website – more than 1M commercial listings.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Florida Realtors® has cobranded a commercial real estate research tool with Realtors Property Resource (RPR): RPR Commercial for Realtors.
RPR Commercial for Florida Realtors allows agents to see on-market and off-market properties in one place, no matter which listing partner they use, thanks to RPR partnerships with Brevitas, BiProxi, CREXi, Land Broker MLS, Officespace.com and TotalCommercial.com.
RPR (narrpr.com) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and exclusively used by Realtors as a benefit of membership. Its data sets range from tax and mortgage history to listings, sales, valuations, demographics and school information. It also allows Realtors to create client-friendly reports that can be printed, emailed or texted.
The tool includes more than 1 million active commercial listings and 55 million off-market properties around the country.
