Northeast Florida Realtor® Named Educator of the Year
ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida Realtors named Amanda Feagle, a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors® (NEFAR), as its 2025 Educator of the Year. The award was presented at the state association’s recent annual Convention & Trade Expo at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Fla.
Feagle has played a pivotal role in NEFAR’s New Member Orientation program, volunteering her time and expertise to teach the Code of Ethics and Fair Housing sections with clarity, energy and professionalism. Known for her upbeat style – she was once named NEFAR’s “Enthusiast of the Year” – she brings that same passion to every session, making complex topics engaging and relatable for new Realtors. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced education to move online, Feagle stepped up to help transition the local board’s orientation to a virtual format, ensuring new members still received a strong, values-driven introduction to the profession.
An advocate for Realtor education, she has monitored numerous continuing education (CE) and non-CE courses, as well as NAR designation and certification classes. As a vocal supporter of NEFAR’s educational programming, Feagle promotes upcoming courses on her personal and professional social media channels, invites colleagues to join NEFAR’s Education Facebook group, and even shares Zoom class links with other brokerages to help spread the word. In her own office, she maintains a bulletin board dedicated to highlighting upcoming NEFAR classes and actively encourages her agents to participate.
For the past three years, Feagle has served as a local Education Ambassador, acting as a liaison between NEFAR and its members to promote professional development opportunities. In that role, she has helped communicate the value of ongoing education and supported NEFAR’s mission to elevate professionalism through learning.
